We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to permanently delete your OneCareLog account and all associated health information, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the OneCareLog app.
2. Go to My Account → Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion request. All profiles, health logs, and reports linked to your account will be permanently removed.
